How to Use the Tools
1. Call the number listed for the role-play scenario you want to practice.
The AI assistant will play the role of a consumer or coach, depending on the line you choose.
2. Introduce yourself like a real call.
Say your name, your brokerage, and your reason for calling. Lead the conversation naturally.
3. Handle the call using LPMAMA and objection handling.
The AI may present real-life challenges or questions — treat it like a live lead.
4. Listen for the grading and feedback.
After each call, the assistant will give you a grade (A–F) and specific notes on how to improve.
5. Retry or ask for coaching.
Say things like “Can I try again?” or “Give me an example of a better way to respond.” The assistant will help you practice better phrasing.
Best Practices for Role Play
Use a headset or quiet space when practicing
Speak like it’s a real conversation — not a script
Don’t rush — listen first, then ask strong questions
Practice with different difficulty levels to improve
Take notes during feedback and apply them immediately
